Honoring the Light in the Darkness

HelloReader,

I have a question for you. How strong is your personal yoga practice? And what obstacles do you face in trying to be consistent?

To reap the full benefits of a yoga practice, it requires devotion. Not just showing up to a weekly class, but also engaging in a personal practice.

A personal practice gives us the opportunity to breathe, compress, expand, and open so we can remember and reinforce our inner journey and the expression of our spiritual body.

With ongoing devotion to practice, we not only consistently return to our center, but also build the structure and density of the higher mind in the body as an integrated unit.

Quantum science agrees with the great yogis, that Life is the expression of a unified field of energy. Do you know/feel some aspect of it? Are you connecting with your true self beyond and deeper than your personality likes and dislikes?

Whether you've faced personal challenges, the illness of a loved one, or your own health challenges, circumstances have been unpredictable. The river of life has been moving fast and changing quickly. Perhaps you are someone who has seen many of your intentions come to...

HelloReader, Ever notice how relative time is? From one perspective a year is not a very long time, from another perspective a year is a long time. The year of recovery after hurricane Helene seems like a long time. For me personally the last time I was able to fully dedicate myself to sharing my skills and gifts with you, my greater Yoga community, was August 2024 pre- Helene, which seems like a long time ago. Since August 2024, I have been involved in clearing, recycling, and passing on...

Greetings Reader, Do you struggle with recurring back pain in spite of your best efforts? Ever notice how an area that used to bother you for only a day now lasts all week? Does your yoga practice sometimes aggravate your back pain? Are you ready to discover the missing keys to find relief? The good news is that research shows that 80% of people with back pain get relief from yoga. However practicing yoga without a back care perspective can actually lead to injury. And with so many different...
